DAMCOR is advising OOS Energy BV on the inspection, rehabilitation, retrofit, and commercial management of a semi-submersible deep/mid-water drilling unit. The project focuses on restoring the unit’s operational capability, ensuring technical compliance, and preparing it for renewed deployment in the offshore energy market. This assignment integrates DAMCOR’s core Advisory Services: commercial advisory, evaluation, project oversight, and strategic planning.
DAMCOR support OOS Energy developing the commercial framework for the rehabilitation campaign, including budget strategies, contracting structures, and market readiness planning. We also assessed the unit’s competitive standing post-retrofit to ensure alignment with current offshore drilling requirements.
